You will have plenty of room to play and relax in this large, nearly 3000 square foot, executive villa. It sleeps 10 people and is ideal for large families or two families traveling together.

When you first enter our villa, you will be immediately impressed with the professional decorating and high standard of care this home has received. At the center of the villa, you will find a large comfortable living room with soft sofas, television, DVD, CD, and VCR for your entertainment. The dining room is conveniently located adjacent to the living room with seating for up to eight people at the large dining room table and three more at the counter. While you dine, you will be treated to a wonderful view of our landscaped back yard and wooded conservation area beyond the fence. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dinnerware, and cookware you would expect to find in your own home.

Enjoy swimming in our large private heated pool, or let the jets in our spa warm and sooth your aching muscles. The pool faces South and East giving you full sunshine starting in the morning and lasting through the day. The pool has a solar cover to keep the water warmer when using the pool heater or warm the water without using pool heat. If you prefer to enjoy the Florida weather in the shade, there is a patio table with chairs and loungers under the covered lanai and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Beyond the pool and patio is a professionally landscaped back yard with citrus trees, completely fenced for your privacy and the safety of your children and pets.

On the lower level is a king master suite with an en-suite bathroom having a separate shower unit and a garden tub. From this master suite, you have direct access to the pool for an early morning swim or late night star gazing. On the second floor is a queen master bedroom. Also on the second floor is another queen master bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one specially decorated for children and two full bathrooms

We have a fantastic game room located on the first floor. It is furnished with a Video Arcade, a Play Station II, Television, Air Hockey, Pool Table, Adult Game Table, Electronic Dart Board, microwave oven and mini refrigerator.

Naturally, the house is air conditioned for your comfort and has the added benefit of ceiling fans to keep you cool on those warm tropical nights. For our guests with small children we provide a travel cot, a high chair, and a stroller.

Located in Ashley Manor Estates, a community of executive style homes on a peaceful cul-de-sac. This is in a rural setting surrounded by woods and lakes, but with easy access to shopping, golf, and all the major attractions. Disney World is only a short 10 minute drive on a low traffic route. Interstate I-4 is only minutes away giving you access to the attractions in Tampa and Orlando. World renowned Champions Gate Golf Club & Reunion Resort is only two miles away. There is a Publix supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, restaurants, and fast food outlets only 5 minutes away. If you like golf, there are 4 courses within 5 minutes and over 25 courses within a 20 minute drive.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $250 per booked week is required to hold your reserved dates. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Pool/Spa heating is available if required for an additional cost of $150 per week or $25 per day (4 day minimum).

A Refundable Security Deposit of $300 is due with the final rental payment.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment plus Security Deposit will be due at the time of booking.

A Preparation & Cleaning fee is included in rentals of one week or longer. For bookings of less than 6 nights, please add $100.

Florida State Sales & Lodging Tax is an additional 12%.

To Make a Reservation

1. Call us at 507-365-8450 to confirm that the dates you want are available. Then you can reserve those dates and rate with a reservation deposit using your credit card.

2. We will send you an e-mail that includes a rental agreement that will confirm your reservation.

3. Complete the agreement and return it by e-mail, fax, or mail. This agreement documents, in writing, the dates to be reserved, the amount paid and the amount owed, your contact information, any special requests such as pool heat, and your agreement with the terms and conditions.
